Charging plugs

The magnets are not strong enough on the dog vest and the sash. It doesn't stay plugged.
I also want to return the horse breastplate you need 3 different usb plugs to charge it at the same time.I requested a return and I have not heard from
illumiseen.
It would be nice if they had better customer service.

Only breast collars I trust

I help run a business that uses these collars for our night rides. I have tried a dozen different makers for the collars and illumiseens are the only ones that are still working. I have well over 50 hours on them and they are still as bright as the day I bought them and they hold over 3 hours of charge (and more since I only use them for 3 hours at a time). They light up the trails and horses in front of them so beautifully. Highly recommend only going with illumiseens to save yourself the stress and time of trying to “save money” by going with other sellers. If your collar has an issue, they truly do stand by their quality as well. I’ve only had one collar out of the dozens I purchased for my horses that was a little funky and they replaced it for me quickly!! :)
